  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all belongings. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to stimulate more bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best vacation rental.
