Eat Charleston History. Dine on cuisine that is authentic to what was being served in Colonial Inns and Taverns. This is all hosted by Culinary Historian and Chef, Mike Hebb, who will give insight on colonial times, Charlestowne’s relationship with Pirates, the Revolution, and general Charleston history as well.
With each admission, you’ll also receive a free visit to the South Carolina Historical Society Museum, located at the Fireproof Building in the heart of Charleston’s historic district.
Health and Safety Policy
There is no menu of items to choose from. All guests are served the same “Bill of Fare,” and the food is as authentic to the era as possible. Because of that, it is not always possible to adhere to food restrictions, especially vegan, vegetarian, kosher, halal, gluten, and dairy.
