If you’re ready to experience fishing in Charleston, book a trip with LowCountry Coastal Excursions. With Captain Frank at the helm, you’ll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
These waters are known for Flounder, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, Ladyfish, Spotted Bass, Redfish, Sheepshead, and more – with any luck, they’ll make your reel scream. You’ll target your catch by light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Feel free to bring your own snacks!
You’ll find yourself aboard a 25’ Tidewater bay boat with capacity for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.
A local fishing license for everyone in your group is provided through the Charter. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don’t forget to bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now, come aboard with LowCountry Coastal Excursions and get hooked!
